All Moretti Forni's Dough Sheeters are extremely efficient and versatile, equipped with conveyor belts at different speeds in both directions of rotation and controllable via comfortable foot controls.
All models offer the possibility of obtaining different levels of dough thickness, from 4 cm to a few mm, thanks to the precise adjustment of the rollers by means of an ergonomic lever.
