Frigomat GX2 – Benchtop Make and Serve
Make fresh gelato and serve from the same machine. This twin bowl machine produces batches of 2 x 2.5kg of fresh gelato per bowl and is able to produce up to 12.5kg per cylinder per hour. Both cylinders are independent allowing different syles to be made at the same time and served directly from the machine. Safety switches on the lids allow the addition of nuts, fruits and flavours whilst displaying the making to customers for the ultimate Gelato theatre.
